Please note that the voting period will begin on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, and end at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2026.

The voting schedule is as follows:
• Tuesday, October 27, 2026: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 28, 2026: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday, October 29, 2026: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Friday, October 30, 2026: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Members must bring their membership cards for verification at the Angus Glen Community Centre (AGCC) main desk area. Upon verification, members will receive their ballots and may proceed to vote.

If a member wishes to vote but is unable to vote in person during the voting period, they must contact the Election Committee directly at 2026election@agoac.com, using the email address registered in the Club's records, to inquire about alternative voting options.

Registration for absentee voting will close on October 20, 2026.
