2025 Summer Shape and Tone (SNT1C) will be opened to all AGOAC members in a first-come first-served basis. No registration required.

Room: AR1
Dates: Mondays from July 7 until August 25 (no class on Aug 4)
Time: 7 pm to 8:30 pm

Please wear comfortably and join us with sneakers, a bottle of water (due to the warm weather), bring your membership card on every visit, a long elastic band and a pair of dumbbells as our instructor Susan Lao will need them for muscle stretching exercises as well as some anti-resistance movement.
