Your AGOAC account will not be activated until the AGOAC Membership Desk receives all the *required documents (as listed below) even if your payment has already been processed at City’s counter.
Please note: The AGOAC and City’s computer system are not linked
*Required Documents (via email to membership@agoac.com or in person to AGOAC Membership Desk).
A full-page copy of your payment receipt
Photos of the front and back of your membership card
Please complete all renewals by July to ensure your membership is active for 2025 Fall Program Registration
No renewals will be processed from August 12 to August 15, 2025, as this period is reserved exclusively for new member registrations.
Membership Office CLOSED Notice
The AGOAC Membership Office will be closed from August 24, 2025 to September 22, 2025.
If you have already submitted the required documents via email (membership@agoac.com) or in person to AGOAC Membership Desk, you may disregard this notice.
