2026–2027 AGOAC Membership Information

New Policy Effective September 1, 2026
Members who do not renew their membership by August 31 each year will be classified
as Inactive Members.
Effective September 1, 2026:
• Inactive members must re-register as new members.
• The full new membership fee will apply.
• Original membership numbers will be retained.
**Exception:
Members unable to renew during the renewal period must contact the Membership Director at membership@agoac.com with supporting documentation before July 1, 2026.

Karaoke Summer 2026 Registration

Registration for the Karaoke Summer 2026 will open on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 9:00 pm (night time registration) and will close on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at 8 pm.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and each member is limited to one session only. You can pick your first and second choice from 4 sessions available during the week. Registrations exceeding the participant limit will be added to the Waiting List.
Every karaoke session (KRK1, KRK3, KRK5 and KRK7) has a maximum limit of 20 participants. We will have 10 Registration spots and Drop-in spots. Every member can choose to drop in if you are unable to register. In addition, all the unused Registration spots will be allocated to Drop-in spots too.
Karaoke has a special Drop-in session on Saturdays (KRK6) at Crosby from 7 pm to 10:00 pm. No registration is necessary.

The fees $30 for 10 classes are due on the first day of class. The new session for Monday starts on June 8 and June 4 for Thursday. Please note that there will be no class on June 22 and June 25.

Clarification of Posting of Announcements

The posting of announcements is for matters directly related to the AGOAC matters. The website is an official communication channel of AGOAC.
Any announcement considered as a public service announcement is not to be posted without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors. Failure to follow this process has caused previous issues. Items not being approved can lead to confusion, and while the poster may have the best of intentions, the approval process has to be followed.
Programs that have a WhatsApp group chat may post non-Club matters as determined by the administrator of the account. WhatsApp chats are not official communication channels of AGOAC since they are not distributed to every other program, and not every club member has access.
Non-approved announcements will be removed as appropriate.
2026 Summer Shape and Tone (SNT)

Kindly reminder that the last classes of Spring Shape and Tone (SNT 1A and SNT 1B) will be on June 15, 2026. Then we will resume our Summer SNT 1C at AR1 from *7pm to 8:30pm* in the Monday’s evening starting from *July 6 until Aug 31*. No class on August 3, in observance of Civic Holiday.
Summer SNT will be a drop-in program for AGOAC members only, so please bring your membership cards, wear comfortably with sneakers, bring water bottles, a long resistance band and dumbbells/weights... let’s keep moving!

Time: 7 pm to 8 pm

Fee: $27.00 (exact change please - cash or cheque made payable to AGOAC and due on the first day of the class)
There is a limited number of spaces available. Above the maximum may be placed on the waitlist. You will automatically get a copy of your registration. Registration results will be posted on the website a week before the class starts, and a WhatsApp group chat will be formed as well.
