Deferred Friday's MDE -Multi-discipline Exercise Program
posted 2021-10-04 20:07 by Yan Wong

The Friday’s MDE –Multi-discipline Exercise program is being deferred to next year –Winter session or later depending on the full re-opening of the center. The reason is because of the much reduced capacity at OAC room during the pandemic.

As a temporary measure, it’s being offered as a home-based exercise activity (in the safety of own home) via Zoom on-line - a non-AGOAC activity.

For enquiries about the Zoom exercise format, please email ycw8969@gmail.com for information.
