If you are absent for 3 consecutive weeks or longer, please submit the Long Term Leave of Absence Notice by clicking the notice link in the middle of Badminton Program Page for us to find a replacement during your absence. A minimum of 7 days notice is required. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
