Kindly reminder that the last classes of Spring Shape and Tone (SNT 1A and SNT 1B) will be on June 15, 2026. Then we will resume our Summer SNT 1C at AR1 from *7pm to 8:30pm* in the Monday’s evening starting from *July 6 until Aug 31*. No class on August 3, in observance of Civic Holiday.
Summer SNT will be a drop-in program for AGOAC members only, so please bring your membership cards, wear comfortably with sneakers, bring water bottles, a long resistance band and dumbbells/weights... let’s keep moving!
