Culinary Demonstration by Bernard Wong

Watch this demonstration to learn the recipe and step by step preparation of the freshly baked lobster tail. Each attendee will be served one half of lobster tail (about 3 oz.)

Place: Room AR1 of Angus Glen Community Centre

Please note: Even though paper plates, plastic forks, and knives will be provided, it is strongly recommended to bring your own 8"-10" plate and utensils for your eating comfort and enjoyment.

Ingredient fee is $5 per person.
