The following By-Law Amendment has been passed by the Board of Directors and will be in effect for the upcoming elections being held this fall. Formal notification for ratification will be presented to the membership attending this year’s Annual General Meeting.

 4.1.1 The President of AGOAC must be a Markham resident.
 4.1.2 Majority of directors other than the President must be residents of
Markham. Maximum number of Director who is not a resident in Markham
is two.
 4.1.3 Markham resident is someone whose place of ordinarily domicile is
the City of Markham.
