New Program: Acting for Camera Registration Starts Today!

The NEW Acting For Camera program will utilize storytelling, improvisation, body movement, facial expression and other basic acting methods, through the lens of video cameras to support members who are interested in freeing their inhibitions and to explore their creativity!
Date : Thursdays, September 27, 2018 - January 31, 2019
Time : 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Place : Angus Glen Community Centre in AR2&3
According to the National Institute on Aging, acting is beneficial for older adults by improving cognition and social engagement. Acting helps people express their emotions, does not require previous training, and increases social interactions. It is the perfect way for older adults to be social and get involved in their community, while stimulating their brain in the process.
