Registration is now open for new session starting from February 14, 2019 with details as follow:

Place: Older Adults Center,Angus Glen Community Center
Date & Time: Thursday from 10 am to 11 am
Number of classes: 10
Costs: CAD $30

Please email us at yoga@agoac.ca from 8 am to to 11 pm February 8, 2019. Each email account can register a maximum of three members. Registration is only valid upon payment of the required fees on February 14, 2019 before the start of class at 10 am at OAC.
