Registration for Mindfulness (MFN4)

The first series of 2019-2020 Mindfulness class Managing Stress and Anxiety with Mindfulness will begin on Thursday, October 3, 2019, at Youth Centre. Please register by sending an email quoting your name and membership number to mindfulness@agoac.ca, within August 23, 2019 to August 30, 2019. Spots are limited to 20 per class, so first come, first served upon full payment of material fee $12 for the first 12 classes. Any registration received after the class limit will add to the Waiting List. AGOAC reserves the right for the final decision.

Mindfulness Refreshing Group
Date: Thursday, April 2 to June 11, 2020 (11 classes)
Time : 2:45 to 4:15 pm .

This program is in series. It recommends starting from “Managing Stress and Anxiety with Mindfulness” before the others
