Registration for Mindful Self-Compassion will be opened on November 22, 2019 at 8:00 am. 

Please note that for this coming session “Mindful Self-Compassion" the prerequisite is for members who have completed the previous eight or twelve mindfulness lessons. 

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our emotional well-being. While mindfulness increases our awareness of the present with non-judgement and acceptance, self-compassion encourages greater kindness and understanding of periods of suffering. It also helps us accept our flaws and better understand our challenges.

Please register by email at mindfulness@agoac.ca. Registration is opened from 8:00 am Friday, November 22, 2019 until 12:00 am Friday, November 29, 2019.

Class Size: 15 - 20 participants

Material fee $10.- will be collected during the first class.  Each member can register on behalf of one other member only. Please provide your name and membership number. If you will be absent for three or more classes please do not register.  Those who are successfully registered will be notified individually.
