The Pay Program survey is now available and can be accessed with the following URL: www.agoac.ca/survey_paypgm.php

An email notification for the survey with this link has been sent to all members with an active email address. If you have not received this notification, we may not have your accurate email address or it could be sent to your spam or junk folders. Please sent an email to: agoacsurvey@gmail.com with "Pay Program Survey" in the subject line and the survey link will be sent to you. The survey will be conducted online.

There will be a limited number of hard copy surveys available for those members without an email address.

Below is a list of committee members and the programs they represent. The survey is only available in English. If you are having trouble understanding the English or need a hard copy a committee member will be able to assist you.
