Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to show my membership card each time to participate in AGOAC programs?

Yes, all members are expected to carry their membership cards and to show them when signing in to class. As many of our programs are free, this is to protect our members to ensure that our programs are for our members.

Your membership card should be either yellow or blue

Yellow card showing the expiry date is August 31, 2020, and which validity extended to early next year 2022; therefore, no renewal or replacement is required. If you have lost your card, please contact membership@agoac.ca for a new yellow card at the cost of $5.

Blue card showing the expiry date is August 31, 2022, and which is issue to the new member who joined after September 27, 2021.

If you need to update your personal's record or ask for the replacement of the lost card, please email to membership@agoac.ca with the information or complete the attached form and hand it in person during membership office hours.

Membership office hours from October 15, 2021 until further notice.
Sunday from 9:15am to 10:00am at the east main door of Angus Glen Community Centre
(Prior email appointment is required)
