An evening Shape and Tone class will be running from July 4, 2022 - August 29, 2022 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm (Mondays only) for all current members. There will be no registration. The class will only be drop-in.
Please bring your membership card, Health card, hand weights if you have them, a water bottle and towel. Wear comfortable sneakers if you would like to join us.
The venue is still the same: Angus Glen Community Centre in AR 1
