Location: Youth Center
Maximum members: 30

Please provide the following:
1. name
2. valid 2022 to 2023 membership number
3. cell phone number to be set up in Whatsapp for communication
4. emergency contact name, phone number and relation

Email will be replied once a day. If you don't received a reply within 24 hours, please forward your original email (with time and date included) and you will be given first priority
