RENEWAL :

If anyone approaches the counter for renewal not according to the schedule, the AGOAC membership account would not be activated on time for fall registration programs.

Renewal schedule
Date: August 21 to 24, 2023
Time: 9:30am to 4:00pm
Location: Angus Glen Community Centre, Upper City Administration Desk on the 2nd Floor
Suggested Schedule To Reduce Your Waiting Time (This is an option)
Aug 21 morning for membership # up to 500
Aug 21 afternoon for membership # from 501 to 1000
Aug 22 morning for membership # from 1001 to 1500
Aug 22 afternoon for membership # from 1501 to 2000
Aug 23 morning for membership # from 2001 to 2500
Aug 23 afternoon for membership # from 2501 to 3000
Aug 24 accept all members

Before your visit
Please have the city account https://cityofmarkham.perfectmind.com created
with assigned "CO-NUMBER"
Please login the city account to ensure your name, birth, address and phone # must be correct.

Renewal Procedure
Visit the counters in order
Counter # 1 City Cashier Counter
Show your ID, old membership card, credit or debit card for payment.
Counter # 2 City Photo Taking Counter
Show your payment receipt. Collect the new card with a photo taken against the return of old card.
Counter # 3 AGOAC Membership Admin Counter
Show your payment receipt, new card for verification before leaving.

NEW MEMBERSHIP:
Those who already submitted Angus Glen Older Adults Club Application Form will be contacted after August 24. Please check your email including the spam. Details of the procedure of how and when to process your membership registration will be informed.
