ADAPT TO LOVE, LIVE LONGER & BETTER

FREE ADMISSION & FREE SCREENINGS
AGOAC members, family members and friends are all welcome.

This will include
• Measuring Blood Pressure
• Exercises and Stretching to prevent pain
• Assess your posture to see where the pain comes from
• Education on nutrition and food
• What happen if you get into a car accident? What are some things you need to be aware of etc…..

This health fair is held
on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 3pm to 6pm
at Activity Room 1 of Angus Glen Community Centre.
