AGOAC Tai Chi program has grown from 3 instructional sessions in 2014 to 6 instructional sessions each week at present. The group continues to look for ways to meet the growing demand. If you are currently practicing Tai Chi (either at AGOAC or outside of AGOAC), please take a moment to complete a survey which will help us plan for the new membership year.
