Tai Chi will begin 2017-8 registration on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 8:00 am (EDT) and will finish on September 3, 2017 at 11:59 pm (EDT). AGOAC will only accept and process registration requests after the END time if the class is not full.

In preparation for the registration, we suggest you to familiarize yourself with the Program Rules and Regulations, as well as the following additional guidelines/changes:

o	Do not register for the session if:
	-	you are planning to be away for more than 3 consecutive weeks; or
	-	you DO NOT MEET the prerequisite requirement.
o	You may only register for ONE sword program.
o	For the advanced Tai Chi Sword (TSA3) program, priority will be given to those who attended and passed the audition on July 28 or August 4. Class size of this program is limited to a maximum of 15 students. If you did not attend the audition and choose this program; you will only be considered if the class is not full and you pass the audition.
o	Each member is allowed to register for one additional member. That is, a maximum of two members is allowed in one registration.
o	NEW – Tai Chi is opened for registration only once this membership year. Reasons for the change are:
	-	to provide students sufficient time to learn the movements;
	-	to provide sufficient time for instructors to complete the teaching (Class cancellation due to bad weather, vacation, city rentals, etc.);
	-	to prepare for the June celebration. Members who are not accepted into the class will be put on waitlist. As spot opens up, waitlisted members will be notified (1st come, 1st served). Instructors reserve the right to evaluate and only accept members who are able to follow the class.

AGOAC reserves the right for the final decision.

You may register for up to a maximum of 2 programs. Enter your preferences (1st or 2nd choice) next to 2 of the following programs on the registration form accessible via Programs-Registration-Tai Chi. Link to the registration form will be posted on August 26 at 8:00 am.
