New Membership Registration and Renewal for 2017-2018

New Membership Registration for Markham residents, and New Membership Card pick up, will start from September 25, 2017, during the regular AGOAC Administration Office Hours.

To apply, submit in person a completed Membership application form along with a membership fee of $50.00 to AGOAC during the Administration Office Hours. Please bring a piece of Government Approved ID showing your name and birthday. Payment can be made via cash or cheque payable to AGOAC (one cheque per person with your Name and Membership number).

To pick up your new Membership Card, please bring your receipt, which you received during registration, to exchange for your new card.

For non-Markham residents registering for a new membership, our Administration Office will notify you via email once you are off the waitlist to complete your registration.

Membership Renewal will occur on every Monday, starting from Monday, October 2, 2017 (7:30pm to 9:00pm). To renew, please bring your current Membership Card ready, along with a membership fee of $50.00, to the AGOAC Administration Office to exchange for your New Membership Card. Payment can be made via cash or cheque payable to AGOAC (one cheque per person with your Name and Membership number).
