Health Exercise (HEE7) on Sunday Morning

Are you feeling achy and tired when you get out of bed?
Has it been harder for you to walk up and down the stairs?
Do you feel generally weaker and out of shape compared to your youthful days?
Look no further because this exercise program is meant for you!

Two doctors, Dr. Fiona Chan, BHSC., DC and Dr. Tiffany Lai, B.Sc Kin, DC join Sunday Health Exercise (HEE7) as instructor on every other week from February 10, 2019 8:00am at AR1.

The range of exercises movement are fit for all levels.
The doctors are able to modify and cater each exercise depending on fitness levels and injuries.
The prescribe can be done both seated and standing.
Example of these exercises are:
Warm up:
Marching on the spot. Arm circles. In and out steps. Dynamic hamstring touches……..
Lower Strength with resistance band:
Standing - bilat calf raise, hamstring curl.
Knee March Seated - knee extension, hip abduction……..
Upper strength:
Seated: bicep curl, er/ir, abduction, shoulder presses……..
Standing: triceps, rows……..
Stretches:
Standing— ankle circles, gastrocnemius, Soleus, hamstring, quads, figure 4, glut crossed leg, rhomboid, upper trap, levator, wrist extensors, flexors ……..

Part of the above exercises will need resistance bands.
Participants are recommended to bring their own bands and first start from low to moderate resistances. An average cost of resistance band is from $1.99 to $5.99
