Gilbert Tam has been appointment Treasurer to complete the remainder of the current term following the resignation of our previous Treasurer.

By-Law 4.4

"If a Board Member is absent from three consecutive meetings without good cause; or upon the resignation, or being expelled due to conflict of interest, or death, the position shall be declared vacant by the Board. Provided a quorum is attained, the Board can appoint a new Director to fill the remaining term of office."
