Yee Hong Centre is an outreach partner with SenTV which is under the AGOAC umbrella

“I Can Dance” is a free, weekly dance fitness program offered by the Yee Hong Centre and Dance DNA Studio to enhance the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of participants through ballroom dance. Historically, this program has been facilitated for individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease, but having witnessed the multitude of benefits that our participants have experienced (including improved mobility and mood) we are now expanding the program to include a wider range of participants. Starting January 14th, 2021, new classes will be facilitated for seniors or individuals living with chronic conditions. During the pandemic situation, virtual classes through Zoom are being offered to participants.
