This is a reminder that AGOAC Board of Directors Election is scheduled on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Angus Glen Community Centre, in room AR2/3. The meeting is scheduled to start at 7:00 pm and end at 8:30 pm. You will have an opportunity to meet the candidates on Wednesday, September 28 at the same venue from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
In addition, Cecilia Yeung has withdrawn from the nomination for Secretary. As a result, the revised nominated candidates are as follows:

Chi Ho Wu	Anny Chow	Kirk McDonald	Carmen Sun Don Ho Sammy Lam

You are also reminded of the following answers to the frequently asked questions:

‣	Only active members may vote.
‣	A member can choose to vote for candidates listed above.  Not voting any candidate in anyone of the above positions is also an option. That is, you do not have to vote for all candidates in the ballot.
‣	Member attending in person must show a valid membership ID to obtain Election Ballot.
‣	Each AGOAC member attending the election in person will be given one Election Ballot.
‣	Each attending member can hold a maximum of five (5) valid Proxy Forms.
‣	Each valid proxy will be exchanged for one Election Ballot.
