AGOAC Membership fee payment by Xplor

If you currently still have credits in the existing EZ Reg city account (will expire), the balance can move over to the new Xplor account (coming effective).

Just follow the two easy steps by click on below:

1. Create a new Xplor account, if you still not have.
2. Complete and submit the transfer form (EZ Reg to Xplor).

Due to unexpected high volume of new account (Xplor) creation and transfer request, for credit requests made prior to July 17, 2023, credits can be utilized starting from August 15, 2023. Any requests made after July 17, 2023 may experience processing delays until and after August 15, 2023.

If you have any inquiries regarding the above, please contact the City Contact Centre during the business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm by phone at (905) 477-5530, or visit any City of Markham library in person. There may have someone who speak your language can help.
